YAMS events are designed for young adults with MS.
March Mission I’mpossible
Mission I’mpossible is our virtual, monthly meet-up that allows individuals to connect, empower, and support one another. They are led by our founder, Claudia Longo, and take place on the third Wednesday of each month at 5pm PST.
Mission Meetups (Breakout/Connection Month) | creates space for young adults with MS to connect, share, and build meaningful relationships in a supportive environment. These small-group breakout sessions provide an opportunity to engage with peers, share experiences, and strengthen community bonds.

Seattle Regional Meetup
MS, I'mpossible and the Swedish MS Center are excited to co-host a meetup for folks with MS in the Seattle region! The event will take place on Sunday, March 8th, and will include a cycling class at Be Here Now Cycling, followed by a social gathering at Stoup Brewing.
All are welcome to join us for this event! The cycle class and social gathering are free for all participants (MS, I'mpossible will provide sandwiches and one drink ticket/person at Stoup Brewing. Additional food/drinks available for purchase).
If you would like to come but transportation is a barrier, reach out to Isabelle about possible support.
As space for the cycling class is limited, Simon from the Swedish MS Center will contact you directly to confirm your registration. If the cycling class is full, you are still welcome to attend the meetup at Stoup! We will keep a waiting list as needed.
A signed waiver is required for ALL cycling class participants. Simon Gale, Swedish MS Center Adventure Guide, will send you (and your guest, if applicable) the waiver link directly to confirm your spot.
